In some cases, existing employees can make recommendations about potential applicants. Such employees will share personal data about such potential applicants. The personal data that can be collected can be used to identify natural persons from names, email addresses, photographs and videos, information from LinkedIn and Facebook accounts, answers to questions asked through the recruitment process, education and other information that the User has provided. Only data that is relevant for the recruitment process is collected and processed.

The purpose of the collecting and processing of personal data is to manage recruiting.

The lawfulness of the personal data processing is our legitimate interest to simplify and support recruitment of employees.

Personal data that is processed with the purpose of aggregated analysis or market research is always made unidentifiable. Such data cannot be used to identify a certain User, therefore, such data is not considered being personal.

2.4 The agreement of the data subject

The User agrees to the processing of his/her personal data with the purpose of Almost Perfect Software Ltd. staff handling recruiting. The User agrees that his/her personal data is collected, when Users:

If a User does not object, in writing, to the processing of his/her personal data, the personal data will be stored and processed by us as long as we consider it being necessary for the purposes stated above. Note that an applicant (User) may be considered being potentially suitable for future recruitment and for this purpose we may store his/her personal data until he/she is no longer considered being a potential candidate for recruitment. 3. Users’ rights

User has the right to request information about the personal data that is processed by us, by notifying us in writing using the contact details listed under item 9. User has the right to request one (1) copy of the processed personal data which belongs to him/her free of charge. For further demanded copies, Almost Perfect Software Ltd. has a right to charge a reasonable fee on the basis of the administrative costs for such a request.

User has the right to, if necessary, amend the inaccurate personal data concerning him/her, via a written request, using the contact details listed under item 9.

User has the right to demand his/her personal data deletion, or restriction of its processing based on legitimate interest under certain circumstances.

User has the right to withdraw any agreement to processing that has been given by him/her to Almost Perfect Software Ltd. Using this right may, however, mean that the User can no longer apply for a specific job.

User has under certain circumstances a right to get the personal data and transfer it to another company as long as this does not negatively affect the rights and freedoms of others.

User has the right to make a complaint to the supervisory authority regarding the processing of his/her personal data, if the User considers that the processing violates the legal framework of privacy law.
