In some cases, existing employees can make recommendations about potential applicants. Such employees will share personal data about such potential applicants. User has the right to request information about the personal data that is processed by us, by notifying us in writing using the contact details listed under item 9. User has the right to request one (1) copy of the processed personal data which belongs to him/her free of charge. For further demanded copies, Almost Perfect Software Ltd. has a right to charge a reasonable fee on the basis of the administrative costs for such a request.
User has the right to, if necessary, amend the inaccurate personal data concerning him/her, via a written request, using the contact details listed under item 9.
User has the right to demand his/her personal data deletion, or restriction of its processing based on legitimate interest under certain circumstances.
User has the right to withdraw any agreement to processing that has been given by him/her to Almost Perfect Software Ltd. Using this right may, however, mean that the User can no longer apply for a specific job.
